Sorry about not keeping up with my posts this week but I started school and I’m taking Chemistry & Physics which are both night classes & still working a full time job. My life is hectic but I love it. Oh my goodness. I never thought I would ever wear Dr Martens. When I was a little girl I thought they were the most hideous things ever. lol. But Yoshi changed my mind when I saw her sporting hers and when I saw Bloomingdale’s had them on sale for $80 I had to get them. Most of my friends dislike them but they dislike a lot of the other stuff I wear. lol. Isn’t it funny how you get to a certain age and the only opinion that matters to you is your own?

Cargo Jacket: Gap; Tshirt: Dimepiece; Jeans: Joes Jeans; Boots: Dr. Marten; Earrings: Melody Ehsani

Can you see my breath? Yeah its that cold in Washington, DC right now. This cold weather makes me miss my warm Mississippi home. 🙂

Beautiful. I should invest in some Doc Martens. Lol, I’m like you, I used to think they were horrible now I love them. I need to find the perfect ones and I’m good to go =]

I really like the dr.martens shoes as well…on my way home on the train one day in nyc..i saw these highschool chics with them on, one in red and the other wore black, i thought they wore them so well and couldnt get my eyes of of the red ones…i always saw these in the store and on other people but thought they were just bulky, now i adore them as well….

Hi Ashley! All the earrings I wear are clipons because my ears arent pierced. lol. But the Melody Ehsani ones I have on here were made to be clipons. All the rest I pick up at “Thirft stores” and second hand stores. 🙂

I love your hair in these pics! Is it a twist out or just a wash-n-go? I would really like to know how you did it, I just might have to copy this style 🙂

flawlessmistake February 12, 2010 at 4:25 pm

I love, love, love your hair at this length! I think this length suited you best. Your hair is also beautiful now but for me at this length your overall look was simply unique 🙂
